We have been so excited about our collaboration with Crystal Cruises over the past year. Recently we had the opportunity to board the Crystal Cruises Symphony ship, a beautiful vessel that sails around the world every year.
We boarded in Vancouver, British Columbia, for a short four day sail to Juneau, Alaska. During the trip, we worked closely with the retail crew on the Symphony which was such a treat.
It was a glorious day when we left Vancouver Harbor and sailed north to open seas. It was my first time on a cruise and I had no idea what to expect.
We spent the first day in open water and got to see the so many beautiful displays of clouds over the water. I was worried about sea sickness but actually the rolling of the boat was rather calming and soothing. At least that's what I kept telling myself.
Meanwhile the beautiful Apropos Boutique on board the Symphony Ship was ready to showcase Vivacity Sportswear to its clients.
On day two, we anchored in Ketchikan, Alaska (pictured above) and we got the chance to spend the day in town, hiking and enjoying the beautiful and tranquil scenery. Bald eagles abounded as we went around town, checking out the local shops and eating delicious chowder by the harbor.
We spent day three navigating the 32 mile long twisting corridor of Tracy Arm Fjord, a narrow inlet with cliffs that rise more than 3,000 feet on either side and with waterfalls that cascade down steep granite rock walls. At the head of the fjord, we stopped to view the majestic faces of the twin Sawyer Glaciers (pictured above).
It was such a pleasure to work with the amazing retail team on Crystal Cruises Symphony: they are true professionals who work hard to service their clients. We learned so much by working with them and talking directly to customers and learning more about what they want and need in travel wear.
We are so grateful to Crystal Cruises for the opportunity to showcase Vivacity Sportswear on their gorgeous ships.
