Why Vivacity Supports Giving Tuesday

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving back to those in need and to worthwhile causes. Celebrated this year on Tuesday, November 27th, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many groups and organizations focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.

At Vivacity, we feel very strongly about giving back to communities in need and organizations that support them.  To this end, we have focused our charitable efforts in the areas of access to healthcare and children's education.

Below we have listed just a few organizations and causes that are close to our hearts.  If you are so inclined to give to one of these groups or another non-profit that you support during #GivingTuesday, please let us know at customercare@vivacitysportswear.com and we'll send you a Vivacity Sportswear $10 gift certificate - just our way of showing our gratitude :)

California Wildfire Relief Funds/Charities

Over the past few weeks, three major wildfires in California have displaced hundreds of thousands of people and destroyed thousands of homes. Many people have been confirmed dead and hundreds more are missing.

Vast expanses of land have been scorched in Northern California by the Camp Fire — the deadliest and most destructive wildfire in the state’s history — and in Southern California by the Woolsey and Hill Fires.

Below is a partial list of charities providing support directly to these communities affected by wildfires:

Thank you for your generosity and wishing you a healthy and happy holiday season!
